Lila Banterle
PhD student

Lila has obtained a B.Sc. in Biology and a M.Sc. in Neuroscience from the University of Trieste, in Italy. She first came to Lausanne to pursue her master thesis project in the laboratory of Prof. Carl Petersen at the EPFL.
She then spent one year in the laboratory of prof. Theofanis Karayannis at the University of Zurich (UZH) for an internship.
She is now back in Lausanne as a Ph.D. student in the laboratory of Anita Lüthi, to investigate the role of sleep in the learning of goal-directed sensorimotor behaviors.
