Laura M.J. Fernandez
Senior Scientist

Laura did her Master’s degree in Lyon, France, studying the thalamo-cortical connections in sleep in the cat. During her PhD she switched to studying mouse brain oscillations in the sleep-wake cycle. Joining Lüthi’s lab in 2012, Laura began exploring sleep spindle topologies in vivo, as well as new ways to define them.
