Cécile Lebrand

Cécile Lebrand obtained her PhD (Dr. P. Gaspar’s lab, 1999) from the INSERM U106 Salpêtrière Hospital in Paris. Following her postdoctoral training in Geneva (Prof. J. Gruenberg), Cambridge-MIT (Prof. F. Gertler) and Cambridge UK (Prof. C. Holt), she became group leader at the DNF (2005-2011), studying the fate of ventral pallium progenitors and their contribution to the formation of the corpus callosum. She continues her research projects as an external collaborator associated with the laboratory since 2014.
