-A space of storage (NAS) is offered to all members or affiliated members of the FMB departments. The later allows to stock your data safely and is characterized by:

-  *accessibility to the files from anywhere;
-  *high resistance to hardware and software failures;
-  *increase of security measures (antivirus, protection again datas lost, ect..);

-| \FBM | This file constitute the root and contains one file for each department. |
-| <wrap indent>\COMMON</wrap> | This file contains interdepartmental work files created on request with [[fr:administratif:organisation:general:personnes|the Local IT Manager of the department]].  |
-| <wrap indent>\DEPARTEMENT</wrap> | Every departmental files are only accessible to the members of the department concerned. The file is named after the department’s official abbreviation. For example: DPT, EM, DEC, etc.  |
-| <wrap indent><wrap indent>\GROUPS</wrap></wrap> | This file offers the groups a logical and comprehensible work space. It enables the members to easily exchange data and is accessible to all members of the concerned department.  |
