==== Windows ====
  - Open Outlook and go to your e-mails.
  - Right-click on your account and click on **Permissions**.\\ {{fr:technique:knowledge_base:emails_calendriers:outlook_afficher_mail_delegue:outlook_windows1.png?direct&400|}}
  - Go to the **General** tab and click on **Advanced options**.\\ {{fr:technique:knowledge_base:emails_calendriers:outlook_afficher_mail_delegue:outlook_windows2.png?direct&400|}}
  - Go to the **Advanced** tab and click on **Add**. Insert the e-mail address of the person who allowed you to manage the mailbox and click on **OK**.\\ {{fr:technique:knowledge_base:emails_calendriers:outlook_afficher_mail_delegue:outlook_windows3.png?direct&400|}}
  - The new mailbox will be displayed on the left windows.

==== OSX ====

  - Click on **Delegates**, then click on **Other User's Folder.**, click on **+**.\\ {{:fr:technique:knowledge_base:emails_calendriers:outlook_afficher_mail_delegue:afficher_delegation_mail_osx4.png?nolink&450|}}
  - In the new windows, search for the mailbox of the person who delegated their email to you and select it.\\ {{:fr:technique:knowledge_base:emails_calendriers:outlook_afficher_mail_delegue:afficher_delegation_mail_osx5.png?nolink&400|}}

  - The person's account is now displayed in the email list on the left in your Outlook client.
