How to access a CHUV mailbox on a UNIL computer with Outlook.

"Outlook Anywhere" allows you to access your CHUV mailbox, calendar and contacts from a UNIL Computer without having to use the VPN.

**Prerequisites **: 
  * Working with Outlook
  * Contacting the Service Desk of CHUV ([[service.desk@chuv.ch|service.desk@chuv.ch]] or tel. 021 314 61 22) in order to activate this possibility.

===== Windows =====

  * Open Outlook, go to **File**, **Informations**, click on **Account settings** then on **Account settings** again.\\ {{fr:technique:knowledge_base:emails_calendriers:outlook_afficher_mail_chuv_sur_poste_unil:outlook_anywhere_win1.png?nolink&350|}}
  * A new window opens, click on **New** to add an account.\\ {{fr:technique:knowledge_base:emails_calendriers:outlook_afficher_mail_chuv_sur_poste_unil:outlook_anywhere_win2.png?nolink&400|}}
  * Enter the @chuv.ch email address:\\ {{fr:technique:knowledge_base:emails_calendriers:outlook_afficher_mail_chuv_sur_poste_unil:outlook_anywhere_win3.png?nolink&400|}}
  * In the advanced settings window, choose **Exchange**.\\ {{fr:technique:knowledge_base:emails_calendriers:outlook_afficher_mail_chuv_sur_poste_unil:outlook_anywhere_win4.png?nolink&350|}} 
  * In the security window, enter the CHUV password.\\ {{fr:technique:knowledge_base:emails_calendriers:outlook_afficher_mail_chuv_sur_poste_unil:outlook_anywhere_win5.png?nolink&350|}} 
  * Once the configuration is completed, click on **Finish**. Quit Outlook and restart the software.\\ {{fr:technique:knowledge_base:emails_calendriers:outlook_afficher_mail_chuv_sur_poste_unil:outlook_anywhere_win5_b.png?nolink&350|}}

Prerequisite: you must have at least the Outlook for Mac version **16.91.1**.

  * In the menu, click on  **Accounts**.\\ {{fr:technique:knowledge_base:emails_calendriers:outlook_afficher_mail_chuv_sur_poste_unil:outlook_anywhere_osx2.png?nolink&550|}}
  * In the new window, click on **+**, and select **Add account...**.\\ {{fr:technique:knowledge_base:emails_calendriers:outlook_afficher_mail_chuv_sur_poste_unil:outlook_anywhere_osx3.png?nolink&450|}}
  * Enter the @chuv.ch e-mail address and click on **Continue**.\\ {{fr:technique:knowledge_base:emails_calendriers:outlook_afficher_mail_chuv_sur_poste_unil:outlook_anywhere_osx4.png?nolink&450|}}

  * In the new window, enter the information as follows:
    * **Address** : your CHUV e-mail address
    * **DOMAIN\Username** : intranet\username CHUV

  * Click on **Add an account**.
