<p style="text-align: justify;">Le Service de psychiatrie de liaison (<a href="https://www.chuv.ch/fr/fiches-psy/service-de-psychiatrie-de-liaison-pli">PLI</a>) est rattach&eacute; au D&eacute;partement Psychiatrie (<a href="https://www.chuv.ch/fr/psychiatrie/dp-home">DP</a>) du Centre hospitalier universitaire vaudois (CHUV). Il est actuellement compos&eacute; de l&rsquo;Unit&eacute; de liaison CHUV et l&rsquo;Unit&eacute; de liaison sp&eacute;cialis&eacute;e, ainsi que d&rsquo;une unit&eacute; urgence-crise, ouverte 24h/24 heures &agrave; tout∙e patient∙e pr&eacute;sentant des difficult&eacute;s sur le plan psychiatrique, en lien &eacute;troit avec les urgences somatiques du CHUV et un Centre qui prend en charge (ambulatoire, centre de jour, hospitalisation) des adolescents∙es et des adultes souffrant d&rsquo;anorexie mentale et/ou de boulimie. Sur le plan acad&eacute;mique, PLI est dot&eacute; d&rsquo;un Centre de recherche avec une expertise en recherche qualitative qui a pour mission de promouvoir l&rsquo;investigation et le d&eacute;veloppement des interventions de liaison psychiatrique aupr&egrave;s des coll&egrave;gues en clinique somatique. Le service forme la prochaine g&eacute;n&eacute;ration de sp&eacute;cialistes cliniques en psychiatrie de consultation et de liaison.</p>

<li>Diriger le service et assurer la responsabilit&eacute; m&eacute;dicale globale</li>
<li>Organiser et superviser les soins et les interventions de liaison psychiatrique</li>
<li>Coordonner l&rsquo;enseignement pr&eacute;-, postgradu&eacute; et de formation continue</li>
<li>D&eacute;velopper et orienter les activit&eacute;s acad&eacute;miques en lien avec la mission universitaire</li>
<li>Cr&eacute;er une rel&egrave;ve hospitalo-acad&eacute;mique et assurer un r&ocirc;le institutionnel au DP et au CHUV.</li>

<p style="text-align: justify;">The Psychiatry Liaison Service (<a href="https://www.chuv.ch/fr/fiches-psy/service-de-psychiatrie-de-liaison-pli">PLI</a>) is part of the Psychiatry Department (<a href="https://www.chuv.ch/fr/psychiatrie/dp-home">DP</a>) of the Lausanne University Hospital (CHUV). It is composed of the CHUV liaison unit and a specialised liaison unit, as well as an emergency crisis unit, open 24 hours a day to any patient experiencing psychiatric difficulties, working closely with the CHUV\'s somatic emergency department and a centre that provides care (outpatient, day centre, hospitalisation) for adolescents and adults suffering from anorexia nervosa and/or bulimia. On an academic level, the PLI has a research centre with expertise in qualitative research, whose mission is to promote the investigation and development of psychiatric liaison interventions among somatic clinicians.</p>

<li>Academic knowledge and expertise at professorial level with proven experience in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and ability to set up clinical research programmes supported by external expert funding</li>
