<p style="text-align: justify;">Le service de m&eacute;decine interne (SMI) a pour mission le diagnostic, la prise en charge de patients polymorbides complexes avec 182 lits d&rsquo;hospitalisation dont 16 de soins interm&eacute;diaires certifi&eacute;s. Le service se distingue par son engagement dans la&nbsp;recherche clinique, notamment dans le domaine des&nbsp;cohortes populationnelles&nbsp;et de la&nbsp;qualit&eacute; des soins. Il offre un environnement dynamique interprofessionnel et multidisciplinaire d&rsquo;un Service de m&eacute;decine interne universitaire.</p>

<li>Garantir l&rsquo;excellence clinique et assurer les missions de soins.</li>
<li>Assurer la formation pr&eacute;gradu&eacute;e, postgradu&eacute;e et continue en m&eacute;decine interne.</li>
<li>Initier, diriger et superviser des projets de recherche soutenus par des financements comp&eacute;titifs dans le domaine de la m&eacute;decine interne hospitali&egrave;re.</li>

<p style="text-align: justify;">The Internal Medicine Service (IMS) is responsible for the diagnosis and care of patients with complex multimorbidity and comprises 182 inpatient beds, including 16 certified intermediate care beds. The Service is distinguished by its commitment to clinical research, notably in population cohorts and quality-of-care research. It offers a dynamic interprofessional and multidisciplinary environment within a university-level Internal Medicine Service.</p>

<li>Extensive clinical experience in hospital-based internal medicine.</li>

<li>Professorial-level academic knowledge with a proven track record in university teaching.</li>
<li>Ability to develop clinical research programs funded by competitively awarded grants.</li>
<li>Good knowledge of French (native speaker or C1 level preferred) or ability to acquire it quickly.</li>
