<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #000000;">Le Département de microbiologie fondamentale (<a style="color: #000000;" href="https://www.unil.ch/dmf/en/home.html">DMF</a>) cherche un·e scientifique junior dont la recherche expérimentale excelle dans le domaine global de la microbiologie moléculaire, dont, par exemple, l\'étude des éléments génétiques mobiles, la plasticité génomique, la régulation des cellules et des gènes microbiens, la résistance antimicrobienne ou l\'évolution. Tous les modèles microbiens expérimentaux sont bienvenus (par exemple : bactéries, archées, eucaryotes unicellulaires ou bactériophages).</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #000000;">Le Département offre des infrastructures de pointe dans un environnement de recherche dynamique. Des plateformes de microscopie optique (<a style="color: #000000;" href="https://cif.unil.ch/">CIF</a>), de microscopie cryoélectronique (<a style="color: #000000;" href="https://dci-lausanne.org/">DCI</a> et <a style="color: #000000;" href="https://wp.unil.ch/emf/page/3/">EMF</a>), de génomique (<a style="color: #000000;" href="https://wp.unil.ch/gtf/)metabolomics%20(https:/www.unil.ch/metabolomics/en/home.html">GTF</a>), de protéomique (<a style="color: #000000;" href="https://www.unil.ch/paf/en/home.html">PAF</a>) et de métabolomique (<a style="color: #000000;" href="https://www.unil.ch/metabolomics/en/home.html">MEP</a>) sont disponibles sur le campus de l\'Université. <li><span style="color: #000000;">Assurer la direction d\'un groupe de recherche indépendant dans le domaine de la microbiologie moléculaire, et en définir les objectifs.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">Obtenir des fonds externes et publier dans des revues scientifiques de qualité.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">Présenter ses travaux dans des conférences internationales.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">Coordonner sa propre recherche avec celle d\'autres groupes du DMF, développer des collaborations.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">Assumer la responsabilité d’un enseignement aux étudiant∙e∙s en biologie, dans le domaine de la microbiologie moléculaire au sens large.</span></li>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #000000;">The Department of Fundamental Microbiology (<a style="color: #000000;" href="https://www.unil.ch/dmf/en/home.html">DMF</a>) is looking for a junior individual whose experimental research excels in the broad field of experimental molecular microbiology, such as the study of mobile genetic elements, genome plasticity, microbial gene and cellular regulation, antimicrobial resistance or evolution. We welcome all experimental microbial models (e.g. bacteria, archaea, unicellular eukaryotes, bacteriophages).</span></p>
