<p style="text-align: justify;">Le poste est ouvert au Centre de recherche et d\'innovation en sciences pharmaceutiques cliniques (<a href="https://www.chuv.ch/fr/crisp/">CRISP</a>), un centre qui r&eacute;unit plusieurs groupes universitaires du <a href="https://www.chuv.ch/fr/pharmacie/pha-home/en-bref">CHUV</a>, d\'<a href="https://www.unisante.ch/fr">Unisant&eacute;</a> et de l\'Institut des sciences pharmaceutiques de Suisse occidentale (<a href="https://ispso.unige.ch/ispso/contents/epgl/presentation-video.php">ISPSO</a>). La sant&eacute; num&eacute;rique a connu un essor ces derni&egrave;res ann&eacute;es, transformant la pratique de la m&eacute;decine, de la pharmacie et les interactions avec la patient&egrave;le. La pharmacie digitale, d&eacute;finie comme la convergence des sciences pharmaceutiques cliniques et des technologies num&eacute;riques, est un sous-domaine &eacute;mergent &agrave; d&eacute;velopper comme discipline acad&eacute;mique sur l&rsquo;arc l&eacute;manique. Les champs d&rsquo;applications incluent la r&eacute;colte des mesures des exp&eacute;riences et des r&eacute;sultats rapport&eacute;s par les patient&middot;e&middot;s (PREMs et PROMs), le d&eacute;veloppement d&rsquo;applications num&eacute;riques d&eacute;di&eacute;es aux sciences pharmaceutiques cliniques pour l&rsquo;aide &agrave; la d&eacute;cision clinique, &agrave; la pharmacovigilance et &agrave; la transmission d&rsquo;informations m&eacute;dicales et pharmaceutiques aux professionnels de sant&eacute; ou &agrave; la patient&egrave;le.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Nous recherchons des candidatures talentueuses avec une vision strat&eacute;gique pour le d&eacute;veloppement du domaine de la pharmacie digitale, une compr&eacute;hension approfondie des d&eacute;fis li&eacute;s &agrave; la prise en charge th&eacute;rapeutique de la patient&egrave;le, et une connaissance des technologies num&eacute;riques et de l&rsquo;intelligence artificielle appliqu&eacute;es aux sciences pharmaceutiques cliniques, s&rsquo;int&eacute;grant dans le cadre des soins de sant&eacute; pr&eacute;ventifs, pr&eacute;dictifs et personnalis&eacute;s.</p>
<p><strong>Principales missions&nbsp;</strong></p>

<li style="text-align: justify;">D&eacute;velopper un centre d&rsquo;expertise dans le domaine de la pharmacie digitale en menant des recherches ind&eacute;pendantes et innovantes ax&eacute;es sur les syst&egrave;mes d&rsquo;aide &agrave; la d&eacute;cision et l&rsquo;intelligence artificielle appliqu&eacute;s aux donn&eacute;es m&eacute;dicales et pharmacoth&eacute;rapeutiques.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Publier les r&eacute;sultats de la recherche dans des revues internationales &agrave; comit&eacute; de lecture et rechercher des financements comp&eacute;titifs.</li>
<li style="text-align: left;">Assurer des activit&eacute;s d\'enseignement pr&eacute;- et post-gradu&eacute; au sein de l&rsquo;ISPSO (enseignement structur&eacute;, supervision de travaux de master/th&egrave;se, cours &agrave; option, travaux pratiques, gestion)</li>

<p style="text-align: justify;">The position is open at the Center for Research and Innovation in Clinical Pharmaceutical Sciences (<a href="http://www.chuv.ch/crisp">CRISP</a>), a centre uniting multiple academic groups from <a href="https://www.lausanneuniversityhospital.com/home">CHUV</a>, <a href="https://www.unisante.ch/fr">Unisant&eacute;</a> and the Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences of Western Switzerland (<a href="https://ispso.unige.ch/ispso/contents/epgl/presentation-video.php">ISPSO</a>). Digital health has grown significantly in recent years, transforming the practice of medicine, pharmacy, and interactions with patients. Digital pharmacy, defined as the convergence of clinical pharmaceutical sciences and digital technologies, is an emerging subfield that we wish to develop as an academic discipline in the Lake Geneva region. Areas of interest include collecting Patient-Reported Experience and Outcome Measures (PREMs and PROMs), developing digital applications dedicated to clinical pharmaceutical sciences for clinical decision support, pharmacovigilance, and the transmission of medical and pharmaceutical information to healthcare professionals or patients.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">We are seeking talented applicants, particulary those with a strategic vision for advancing the field of digital pharmacy, a deep understanding of the challenges in patient therapeutic care, and expertise in the benefits of digital technologies and artificial intelligence applied to clinical pharmaceutical sciences, with an emphasis on integrating preventive, predictive, and personalized health care.</p>
<p><strong>Main responsabilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Developing a center of expertise in the field of digital pharmacy by conducting independent and innovative research focused on decision support systems and artificial intelligence applied to medical and pharmacotherapeutic data.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Collaborating with the scientific and academic life of CRISP, ISPSO, and the Faculty of Biology and Medicine at the University of Lausanne; promoting their influence at regional, national, and international levels; actively participating in international conferences.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Publishing research results in peer-reviewed international journals and seeking competitive funding.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Managing a research group, coordinating research with that conducted by other groups, fostering a collaborative spirit, in compliance with legal and ethical standards.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Implementing a digital pharmacy expertise network, particularly within the University Hospitals of Western Switzerland and the Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences of Western Switzerland.</li>
