Head Physician with an Associate Professor title
in the field of clinical research in internal hospital medicine

The Service of internal medicine (SIM) at the CHUV is looking for a senior physician and Associate Professor in clinical research. This position offers an opportunity for an academic internist to develop clinical research in the field of quality of care and Smarter Medicine, in line with the established priorities of the development plan of SIM.
The ideal profile is that of a dynamic and innovative person who can strengthen and develop clinical research within the service in the fields of quality of care, implementation of Smarter Medicine or Safety and Quality, ideally in partnership with patients and in an interprofessional manner. The candidate will also be responsible for supervising clinical units and will integrate a dynamic team of senior physicians with diverse academic and clinical profiles. The position involves dedicating 60 % of the time to research.
Being hired within SIM will offer the opportunity to advance one's career in research and clinical aspects, with the possibility of working part-time (80%). This will also involve teaching activities at both pre and postgraduate levels in coordination with the responsible of the discipline.
