<p style="text-align: justify;">Le <em>Service d&rsquo;immunologie et allergie</em> offre des expertises dans les diff&eacute;rents domaines de l&rsquo;immunologie clinique et de diagnostic de laboratoire : auto-immunit&eacute;, allergologie, immuno-toxicit&eacute;, maladies syst&eacute;miques inflammatoires, immunologie de la transplantation, s&eacute;rodiagnostic des maladies auto-immunes, affections allergique, des h&eacute;patites virales et du VIH, dosage de taux r&eacute;siduels des m&eacute;dicaments biologiques, caract&eacute;risation de sous-populations cellulaires, caract&eacute;risation et quantification des cytokines de la r&eacute;ponse inflammatoire, et caract&eacute;risation des immunod&eacute;ficiences. La prise en soins de haut niveau des maladies immunologiques, l&rsquo;enseignement, la formation et la recherche clinique sont les missions essentielles du Service. Le poste de Chef∙fe de service IAL est &agrave; cheval (50%/50%) entre le DM et le DMLP.</p>

<li style="text-align: justify;">Diriger, organiser et g&eacute;rer le d&eacute;veloppement de toutes les activit&eacute;s d&rsquo;un Service d&rsquo;immunologie et allergie universitaire.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Assurer et renforcer l\'expertise et la qualit&eacute; des missions cliniques/prestations du service tout en d&eacute;veloppant des collaborations et synergies multidisciplinaire et interinstitutionnelles en lien avec le plan strat&eacute;gique du CHUV et les enjeux du d&eacute;partement de m&eacute;decine.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">F&eacute;d&eacute;rer, conduire et d&eacute;velopper une recherche clinique et acad&eacute;mique de haut niveau, financ&eacute;e par des fonds externes expertis&eacute;s.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Assurer et conduire les missions de formation pr&eacute;gradu&eacute;e (selon les besoins FBM), postgradu&eacute;e (centre de formation ISFM cat. A1) et continue.</li>

<p style="text-align: justify;">The immunology and allergy Service offers expertise in the various fields of clinical immunology and laboratory diagnostics: autoimmunity, allergology, immunotoxicity, systemic inflammatory diseases, transplant immunology, serodiagnosis of autoimmune diseases, allergic disorders, viral hepatitis and HIV, determination of residual levels of biological drugs, characterization of cellular subpopulations, characterization and quantification of cytokines of the inflammatory response, and characterization of immunodeficiencies. High-level care of immunological diseases, teaching, training and clinical research are the essential missions of the Department. The position of Head of Service is shared (50%/50%) between the DM and the DMLP.</p>

<li>Directs, organizes and manages the development of all activities of a university immunology and allergy service.</li>
<li>Ensure and reinforce the expertise and quality of the service\'s clinical missions, while developing multidisciplinary and inter-institutional collaborations and synergies in line with the CHUV\'s strategic plan and the challenges facing the Department of Medicine.</li>
<li>Federate, conduct and develop high-level clinical and academic research, financed by expert external funding.</li>
<li>Ensure and conduct pre-graduate (according to FBM requirements), post-graduate (ISFM cat. A1 training center) and continuing training missions.</li>
<li>Guarantee a high level of medical and scientific talents, consolidate our clinical and academic reputation both internally and externally, and collaborate with hospitals affiliated to the &ldquo;F&eacute;d&eacute;ration des H&ocirc;pitaux Vaudois (FHV)&rdquo; and neighboring cantons.</li>
