<p style="text-align: justify;">Le Service de g&eacute;riatrie et r&eacute;adaptation g&eacute;riatrique (<a href="https://www.chuv.ch/fr/geriatrie/ger-home">GER</a>) est &agrave; la recherche d&rsquo;un&middot;e M&eacute;decin chef&middot;fe et Professeur&middot;e associ&eacute;&middot;e pour son Unit&eacute; de soins aigus aux s&eacute;niors. Il s&rsquo;agit de d&eacute;velopper l&rsquo;Unit&eacute; gr&acirc;ce &agrave; des projets de recherche clinique en vue de d&eacute;velopper les modes de prise en charge et de d&eacute;velopper de l&rsquo;activit&eacute; ambulatoire, de formation et de planification.</p>

<li>Contribuer &agrave; la direction du Service en d&eacute;finissant les objectifs de d&eacute;veloppement clinique en accord avec la strat&eacute;gie du Service.</li>
<li>G&eacute;rer une Unit&eacute; tout en d&eacute;veloppant et entretenant une expertise clinique de pointe en g&eacute;riatrie.</li>
<li>D&eacute;velopper l&rsquo;enseignement du Service.</li>

<li>Exp&eacute;rience clinique &eacute;tendue et reconnue dans diff&egrave;rent domaines de la g&eacute;riatrie.</li>
<li>Exp&eacute;rience en management, gestion de projet et gestion d&rsquo;&eacute;quipe, exp&eacute;rience en gestion d&rsquo;entreprise serait un plus.</li>
<li>Savoir acad&eacute;mique de rang professoral avec pratique confirm&eacute;e en mati&egrave;re d&rsquo;enseignement pr&eacute;- et postgrade, continu et professoral.</li>

<p style="text-align: justify;">The geriatrics and geriatric rehabilitation Service (<a href="https://www.chuv.ch/fr/geriatrie/ger-home">GER</a>) is looking for a Head Physician and Associate Professor for its acute senior&rsquo;s care Unit. The aim is to develop the Unit through clinical research projects, with a view to expanding support methods and developing ambulatory activity, training and planning.</p>

<li>Extensive and recognized clinical experience in geriatrics.</li>

<li>Academic knowledge of professorial rank with a proven track record in pre- and post-graduate, continuing and professorial teaching.</li>
<li>Ability to set up basic, translational and clinical research programs likely to be supported by expert external funding.</li>
<li>Good French knowledge (LM or minimum B2, C1 ideally) or ability to acquire it quickly.</li>
