Lorenz Hirt was twice an invited conference speaker at University of Bordeaux (late 2016) launching a new collaboration with his long-standing collaborator Prof. Jerome Badaut, CNRS-INCIA, on the role of aquaporins and caevolins in stroke and traumatic brain injury.
