Angeliki Kolaxi
Lab technician

Angeliki graduated from the University of Athens with a Bachelor’s degree in Physics and obtained her MSc in Neurosciences from the University of Crete. In her MSc, she studied neurons of the inferior colliculus of the rat and described them on the basis of their electrophysiological and morphological profiles. She joined the Nikoletopoulou Lab as a Research Technician. She has hands on experience with several techniques, including in vivo extracellular recordings and juxtacellular labelling of single neurons, neuron reconstruction, ex vivo field recordings as well as immunocytochemistry techniques for light and electron microscopy.
