Akrivi Daskalaki
PhD student

Akrivi Dimitra obtained her Bachelor degree in Chemistry and her Master degree in Neuroscience from the University of Crete. During her MSc thesis she studied wound healing properties of neuropeptides in the context of abesity. She joined the Nikoletopoulou lab as a PhD candidate to study unconventional roles of autophagy related to nuclear organization and gene regulation in neurons.
